Pretty Prairie, Kans. — Funeral services were held at the First Mennonite church here for Leland Ray Krehbiel, 19, who died at Grace hospital in Hutchinson Oct. 26 after a five day illness diagnosed as polio.

Mrs. Orlan Albright, 24, also of Pretty Prairie, was stricken with the disease two days before the Krehbiel youth, and is under treatment in St. Francis hospital, where she was placed in an iron lung.

Leland is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred H. Krehbiel, four sisters, a grandfather, Jacob G. Graber, and grandmother, Mrs. C D. Krehbiel all of this community. He was a freshman at Bethel college last year and planned to re-enter school next quarter.

POLIO ATTACK PROVES FATAL TO PRETTY PRAIRIE YOUTH, 19

Pretty Prairie, Kans. — Funeral services were held at the First Mennonite church here for Leland Ray Krehbiel, 19, who died at Grace hospital in Hutchinson Oct. 26 after a five day illness diagnosed as polio.
