Ransom, Kansas. &#8212; Funeral services were held here Sunday, Oct. 22, for F. Oscar Oppliger, with Rev. John W. Boehr, pastor of the First Mennonite church officiating.
A heart attack took Mr. Oppliger suddenly on Oct. 19 while he was attending the Western District Conference at Newton as a delegate.  He was a highly respected farmer and Christian gentleman, one of the pioneer settlers of this community, and well loved by all who knew him.

Ransom, Kansas. — Funeral services were held here Sunday, Oct. 22, for F. Oscar Oppliger, with Rev. John W. Boehr, pastor of the First Mennonite church officiating.
