West Liberty, Ohio. — Jacob S. Kanagy, 95 year old Champaign county pioneer, died July 16. Funeral services were held at the Oak Grove church, in charge of Rev. Jacob Neuenswander and Rev. Nelson Kanagy.

Grandfather Kanagy was born in Juniata county, Pennsylvania, January 29, 1856, but lived in Ohio for over 70 years. He was a long time member of the Oak Grove church and taught a Sunday School class there until he was past his 90th year.

DEATH TAKES 85 YEAR OLD PIONEER AT WEST LIBERTY, OHIO

West Liberty, Ohio. — Jacob S. Kanagy, 95 year old Champaign county pioneer, died July 16. Funeral services were held at the Oak Grove church, in charge of Rev. Jacob Neuenswander and Rev. Nelson Kanagy. Grandfather Kanagy was born in Juniata county, Pennsylvania, January 29, 1856, but lived in Ohio for over 70 years.
