Caldwell, Idaho. &#8212; Final services were held at a funeral chapel here on Friday, April 2, for Jesse G. Schmidt, 22, who was instantly killed in a head-on collision near Stoneville on Sunday evening, March 28. He was a member of the Mennonite church here, and the funeral was conducted by his pastor, Rev. Menno Kliewer.

Left to mourn the young man’s death are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John A. Schmidt of Caldwell, a sister, Mrs. Laura Redman of the home; and three brothers living at Dallas, Ore. The family had moved here from Oregon about four years ago.

22-YEAR-OLD IDAHO YOUTH KILLED IN HEAD-ON COLLISION

Caldwell, Idaho. — Final services were held at a funeral chapel here on Friday, April 2, for Jesse G. Schmidt, 22, who was instantly killed in a head-on collision near Stoneville on Sunday evening, March 28. He was a member of the Mennonite church here, and the funeral was conducted by his pastor, Rev. Menno Kliewer.

Left to mourn the young man’s death are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John A. Schmidt of Caldwell, a sister, Mrs. Laura Redman of the home; and three brothers living at Dallas, Ore. The family had moved here from Oregon about four years ago.
