AGED VIRGINIA WOMAN CALLED BY DEATH
Deep Creek, Va. — Final services for Mrs. Catherine (Gross) Shaddinger, 79, were held at the Mt. Pleasant Mennonite church on July 23 with Clayton Bergey and Amos D. Wenger in charge. Mrs. Shaddinger passed away suddenly in the office of a local doctor on July 19.
The deceased was born in Lebanon county, Pa., and had lived in the Fentress community for 45 years. She was a faithful member of the Mt. Pleasant church.
