— Funeral services took place at the First Mennonite church of Christian, Moundridge, Sunday afternoon for Nelson F. Welty, 45, who died at North Hollywood, Calif., on April 30. He was born in the Moundridge community and had gone to California about a year ago to work as a carpenter. Among the survivors are eight brothers, including, Albert, Herbert, and Ralph Welty of Newton, and the father, William K. Welty. The final services were conducted by Rev. P. P. Wedel and Rev. A. J. Dirks. | |||
