Bareville, Pa. &#8212; Funeral services took place at the Jonas Stoltzfus home on March 29 for Bro. Stoltzfus, 61, well-known minister in the Amish church who passed away at a Lancaster hospital on March 27.  His death came as a result of a stroke suffered while preaching the main sermon at church services near Intercourse the previous Sunday.
Survivors include his wife, Emma Lapp Stoltzfus, and a number of children.

MINISTER DIES FROM STROKE SUFFERED WHILE CONDUCTING SERVICE

Bareville, Pa. — Funeral services took place at the Jonas Stoltzfus home on March 29 for Bro. Stoltzfus, 61, well-known minister in the Amish church who passed away at a Lancaster hospital on March 27. His death came as a result of a stroke suffered while preaching the main sermon at church services near Intercourse the previous Sunday.

Survivors include his wife, Emma Lapp Stoltzfus, and a number of children.
