INJURIES FATAL TO LANCASTER YOUTH WHO RAN INTO SIDE OF CAR

Lancaster, Pa. — Kenneth V. Lehman, 18, son of Mr. and Mrs. George E. Lehman of Route 1 died at Lancaster General hospital on Saturday, Jan. 25, as a result of a skull fracture suffered the previous day when he ran into the side of a moving car on the highway near his home.

The youth was returning from a Lancaster market and was attempting to cross the highway to his home when the tragedy occurred. He waited for one car to pass, and then stepped into the path of a second car.
