Mrs. Lena Krahn (nee Penner) of RR 2, St. Williams, Ont., passed away of tumours of the brain on Feb. 5. She was born in Muntau, Russia, on May 11, 1919, and came to Canada in 1924. She became a member of the M. B. church in 1936. She married Peter Krahn of Sperling, Man., in 1943. Her illness dated from Oct., 1962, but several operations brought no positive results.

Mrs. Lena Krahn (nee Penner) of RR 2, St. Williams, Ont., passed away of tumours of the brain on Feb. 5. She was born in Muntau, Russia, on May 11, 1919, and came to Canada in 1924. She became a member of the M. B. church in 1936. She married Peter Krahn of Sperling, Man., in 1943. Her illness dated from Oct., 1962, but several operations brought no positive results.

She leaves to mourn her husband, 4 daughters, 3 sons, her parents, the J. A. Penners, 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Funeral services were held Feb. 8 in the Port Rowan church with Rev. W. Baerg in charge.
