Reedley, Calif. — Gerhard K. Peters, 73, who came to this country from Russia as a one-year-old child, passed away at the Mennonite home for aged here on Aug. 31 at the age of 73. He had been ill for some time.

Funeral services were held at the K.M.B. church near here on Sept. 5. Rev. Clarence Hofer officiating. He leaves his wife Agnes of Reedley, seven sisters and six brothers, all living in California.

EARLY IMMIGRANT DIED IN CALIF.

Reedley, Calif. — Gerhard K. Peters, 73, who came to this country from Russia as a one-year-old child, passed away at the Mennonite home for aged here on Aug. 31 at the age of 73. He had been ill for some time.

Funeral services were held at the K.M.B. church near here on Sept. 5. Rev. Clarence Hofer officiating. He leaves his wife Agnes of Reedley, seven sisters and six brothers, all living in California.
