Yankton, S. d. &#8212; Mr. and Mrs. Frank B. Baumgartner of South Bend, Ind., and their niece Mary Baumgartner, were fatally injured in an auto accident which occurred near Gayville, S. D., Saturday night, July 13. Mr. Baumgartner was killed almost instantly and his wife and niece died later in a Yankton hospital.

Also in the hospital with serious injuries were Mr. and Mrs. Carl Baumgartner, La Grange, Ill., son and daughter-in-law of the Frank Baumgartners, Carl being the driver of the car, and Mr. and Mrs. Nels Christenson of near Gayville, occupants of the other car involved.

THREE INDIANA RESIDENTS FATALLY INJURED IN SOUTH DAKOTA ACCIDENT

Yankton, S. d. — Mr. and Mrs. Frank B. Baumgartner of South Bend, Ind., and their niece Mary Baumgartner, were fatally injured in an auto accident which occurred near Gayville, S. D., Saturday night, July 13. Mr. Baumgartner was killed almost instantly and his wife and niece died later in a Yankton hospital.

Also in the hospital with serious injuries were Mr. and Mrs. Carl Baumgartner, La Grange, Ill., son and daughter-in-law of the Frank Baumgartners, Carl being the driver of the car, and Mr. and Mrs. Nels Christenson of near Gayville, occupants of the other car involved.
