— Funeral services took place at the Tabor church north of Newton Sunday afternoon for John F. Voth of the Walton community, who died at the Bethel Deaconess hospital Wednesday at the age of 57. The services were in charge of Rev. H. B. Schmidt, assisted by Rev. J. J. Voth and Rev. Flaming of Hillsboro. Mr. Voth is survived by his wife, Helen, and seven children, Elma, missionary to Ecuador, Verna and Alden of Bethel college, Irvin of Walton, Ray, Gary, and John of the home. He also leaves three grandchildren, three sisters and four brothers.
