— Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Willms received word last week from Virgil, Ont. telling of the sudden death of two and one-half year old Petie Froese, son of Mr. and Mrs. Pete Froese of that place. Mrs. Froese is a niece of Mr. Willms. The child and his dog wandered away from the house to a nearby creek while the mother was hanging up the family wash. When the dog returned alone, she went and found the boy's body floating on the water. Since there was no water in the lungs, it is thought death may have been due to a heart attack. Funeral services were held at the Niagara Mennonite church on Dec. 15.
