OKLAHOMA PIONEER DIED IN INDIANA
Shipshewana, Ind. — Rudy Z. Yoder, 81, passed away at the LaGrange County hospital on Aug. 31 after being a patient there for a month.
Born in Pennsylvania, he was a member of a family which pioneered in Oklahoma. His father, Mose K. Yoder, was among the first to file on a homestead near Thomas, Okla.
Funeral services were held at the Will Bontrager home on Saturday, Sept. 3.
