— Funeral services for Mrs. Helena A. Wiens, wife of Edward H. Wiens, were held Tuesday afternoon, with Rev. J. E. Entz conducting a brief service at the home followed by services at the First Mennonite church in charge of Rev. D. J. Unruh. Mrs. Wiens passed away at the state tuberculosis sanitorium [''sic''], Norton, on Saturday, Aug. 20. She leaves her husband; three sons, Richard and Clifford of Newton, and Edward H. of Wichita; a sister, Mrs. Frank Ewert of Newton, and three brothers, Earl Schmidt of Independence, Mo., and John and Reuben Schmidt of Kansas City, Mo.
