Metamora, Ill. &#8212; Edward H. Imhoff was fatally injured Oct. 6 while operating a corn picker at his farm a short distance northeast of here. His body was found by his mother when he failed to return from the field at the usual time. It appeared that his clothing had become caught in the drive shaft and pulled him into the machine. He was 48 years of age.

ILLINOIS FARMER LOSES LIFE WHEN PULLED INTO CORN PICKER

Metamora, Ill. — Edward H. Imhoff was fatally injured Oct. 6 while operating a corn picker at his farm a short distance northeast of here. His body was found by his mother when he failed to return from the field at the usual time. It appeared that his clothing had become caught in the drive shaft and pulled him into the machine. He was 48 years of age.
