&#8212; The aged C. F. Duerksen and his daughter, Mrs. Dan F. Unruh, have left for Cordell, Okla., to attend the funeral of Rev. A. W. Froese, Mr. Duerksen's son-in-law, who died at his home there last Saturday. Funeral services are to be held at the Mennonite church near Carnegie on Thursday afternoon. Rev. Froese served as minister in Oklahoma for many years and was well known in Mennonite circles there. He had, however, been inactive for some time because of failing health. He was 65 years of age. Besides his wife, who is a daughter and sister of Mr. Duerksen and Mrs. Unruh, he is survived by several grown children.
