—Prof. Gerh. Kliewer, well known teacher at Steinbach, Man., was unexpectedly called away in death in his sleep during the night of Jan. 26. His failing to appear in his class room on the following morning caused friends to look for the reason and found his lifeless body in bed. He had appeared in good health the previous day and had even attended a meeting in the evening before his death.
