<center><h3>SOUTH DAKOTA FARMER SUFFERS FATAL INJURIES IN HAY MAKING ACCIDENT</h3></center>
Dolton, S. D. &#8212; John Kunkel Sr., a well known farmer of this vicinity, suffered fatal injuries recently when he was thrown from the rake while he was in the field making hay.
Mr. Kunkel was taken to the Sioux Falls hospital where he passed away without regaining consciousness.  He reached the age of 73 years.
Funeral services were held at the Mennonite Brethren church here, conducted by Rev. J. J. Adrian, Rev. M. A. Kroeker and Rev. P. N. Hiebert.  All children were present for the funeral.
