Peter J. Newfeld, son of Rev. and Mrs. Newfeld [''sic'' Neufeld}, was born December 20, 1895. he was baptized in his youth and united with the Mennonite Brethren Church. He has been a faithful member till death. He has been ill the last year.

On June 14, at 2:30 P.M., the Lord called him from this life's journey to the great beyond at the age of 44 years, 5 months and 25 days.

The funeral service took place Tuesday, June 18, at 2 P. M. Rev. Wiens, pastor of the church read John 11,24 - 26 and based his talk on the words of the Lord, "Believest thou this?"

Rev. Richert of Dinuba, California, based his talk in German on John 11: 5. Rev. Friesen made closing remarks.

Mr. Neufeld leaves to mourn his wife, 5 children and the aged parents, wife, 5 children and the aged parents, Rev. and Mrs. Newfeld [''sic'' Neufeld], many friends and relatives. The remains were laid to rest in the Inglewood cemetery. &#8212; F. T. Wedel.

Peter J. Newfeld [sic Neufeld]

Peter J. Newfeld, son of Rev. and Mrs. Newfeld [sic Neufeld}, was born December 20, 1895. he was baptized in his youth and united with the Mennonite Brethren Church. He has been a faithful member till death. He has been ill the last year.

On June 14, at 2:30 P.M., the Lord called him from this life's journey to the great beyond at the age of 44 years, 5 months and 25 days.
