— Funeral services for Philip Wiggers, 84, one of the pioneers of the Hesston neighborhood, were held at the Meridian church near Hesston last Sunday afternoon. Mr. Wiggers was born in New york city but came to Kansas 58 years ago. Two sisters, Mrs. Lizzie Becker of Hesston and Mrs. Clara Buerge of Ohio survive.
