Man is Frozen to Death In Sudden Cold Wave.

Harrisonville, Missouri. — The frozen body of Allen O. Jones, 45, a farmer, living six miles southeast of here, was found lodged in ice in Eight-mile creek near Harrisonville Monday.

The farmer's parked automobile on state highway No. 35, led authorities to believe that Jones set out to walk to his home last night, slipped in crossing the four-foot deep creek, struck his head on the ice and drowned.
