— A tragic accident occurred recently near Nappanee, Ind., which resulted in the death of Joseph Mast. Together with his son-in-law he was hauling a load of wood as he suddenly lost his foothold and fell against one of the horses hitched to the wagon. The horse became frightened and kicked, striking Mr. Mast in such a way that his neck was broken and he died immediately. | |||

— A tragic accident occurred recently near Nappanee, Ind., which resulted in the death of Joseph Mast. Together with his son-in-law he was hauling a load of wood as he suddenly lost his foothold and fell against one of the horses hitched to the wagon. The horse became frightened and kicked, striking Mr. Mast in such a way that his neck was broken and he died immediately.
