— Mrs. Mary Kliewer, widow of J. G. Kliewer passed away at Bethel Hospital Tuesday evening at 10 o'clock. She was on the way of recovery from an appendix operation, when heart trouble set in to which she finally succumbed. One daughter and four sons survive her. The funeral service will take place next Saturday at the Mennonite church in Newton. Interment in the Hoffnungsau cemetery.
