&#8212; Mrs. Amanda Hackenberg of Halstead came to her death accidentally last Friday night.  She had gotten up during the night to get something from downstairs.  Unfortunately she stumbled and from the fall down the stairs sustained injuries from which she died.  The maiden name of the deceased was Hunsberger.  With her parents she came to Halstead from Wadsworth, Ohio about 1885.  Funeral services were hled in the Mennonite church on Monday this week.
