Herbert Balzer, 16 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. H. P. Balzer of Bethel college campus died at Bethel hospital at eleven o'clock Friday night following an illness of ten days of pneumonia. Had Herbert lived until Christmas day he would have been seventeen years old.

Besides his parents he leaves four sisters, Mrs. Carl Friesen of Beatrice, Neb., Mrs. John Voth of the Bethel college campus, Mrs. Will Schroeder who resides on the home place on Goessel route, and Mrs. Frank Manning who is enroute to Africa in company with her husband to do missionary work. One sister and four brothers have precede him in death.

Herbert Balzer

Herbert Balzer, 16 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. H. P. Balzer of Bethel college campus died at Bethel hospital at eleven o'clock Friday night following an illness of ten days of pneumonia. Had Herbert lived until Christmas day he would have been seventeen years old.

Besides his parents he leaves four sisters, Mrs. Carl Friesen of Beatrice, Neb., Mrs. John Voth of the Bethel college campus, Mrs. Will Schroeder who resides on the home place on Goessel route, and Mrs. Frank Manning who is enroute to Africa in company with her husband to do missionary work.
