Toves of this city, and the daughter of John W. Penner. She was 42 years old. Mrs. Penner underwent a surgical operation recently and was unable to withstand the shock and her weakened condition resulted in gradual failure and death. Mr. Penner passed away Feb. 17, 1917. She leaves eight children.

Mrs. Jacob E. Penner, died at her home at Inola, Okla., Feb. 1, according to word received by relatives here. She was the widow of a nephew of Mrs. J. F. Toves of this city, and the daughter of John W. Penner. She was 42 years old.
