JACOB J. ENNS
Jacob J. Enns, 89, of Goessel, Kan., passed away Thursday evening, Jan. 8, at the Bethesda Hospital in Goessel, where he had been taken from the Bethesda Home some weeks ago.
He was born January 31, 1869, in South Russia, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Enns. He came to the United States in 1874 and lived in the Goessel and Canton communities since that time. In 1891 he married Elizabeth Schroeder, who passed away in 1954.
Survivors include seven daughters, Mrs. John (Mary) Ratzlaff, Lizzie, Mrs. Henry (Ruby) Wiebe, Mrs. T. C. (Betty) Lehrman, Mrs. Henry (Sarah) Unruh, Mrs. Henry (Hulda) Unruh, and Mrs. Elmer (Stella) Brandt.
