Funeral services were held at the Bethel Church on Dec. 15 for Marie O. Franz, 81. She worked many years as a nurse. Ill health forced her to retire. She had lived in the Good Samaritan Village the last 17 months. She is survived by two sisters, one brother, a step-sister, plus nieces and nephews.
