Claude Miller, 89, of Shipshewana, Ind. died May 25, 1985, at his home after a two-year illness. | |||
He was born May 22, 1896, in the Shipshewana-Shore area and lived there all of his life. He married Edna Miller on April 14, 1917. | |||
He enjoyed singing, especially with the family and was involved in church singing for many years. | |||
He is survived by his wife, Edna, three daughters, Frances (Mrs. Richard L.) Hoolley and Agnes (Mrs. Jesse) Riegsecker, both of Middlebury, Ind., and Mary (Mrs. Dale) Hartzler of Indianapolis; a son, Claude of Elkhart, Ind.; 112 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Ralph Miller of Marion, Ohio. Two children precede him in death. | |||
Services were held May 28 at the Shore Mennonite Church, of which he was a member. Dorsa Mishler and Orville Miller were in charge. Burial was in the Shore cemetery. | |||

CLAUDE MILLER
Claude Miller, 89, of Shipshewana, Ind. died May 25, 1985, at his home after a two-year illness.
He was born May 22, 1896, in the Shipshewana-Shore area and lived there all of his life. He married Edna Miller on April 14, 1917.
