Elsie Horsch, 86, a sister of Mrs. Menno Schrag, Newton, died unexpectedly of heart failure Jan. 21 in her home at Rockledge, Fla. Memorial services were held Jan. 24 at Rockledge Presbyterian Church, of which she was a member. Burial was at Wheaton, Ill., beside her late husband Walter Horsch, who preceded her 34 years ago. He was a son of the well-known Mennonite historian, John Horsch. Other survivors include a son, Walter James Horsch and wife Marilyn, Merritt Island, Fla.; two daughters, Ruth (Mrs. Russell) Singleton, Paradise, Calif.; and Margaret (Mrs. Buford) Hall, Hinsdale, Ill.; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
