A resident of Hesston, she died Mar. 10 at the age of 78. Born Clara Brenneman, she was married in 1920 to Owen Hershberger. They made their home in Canada until moving to Hesston in 1941. He died in 1962. Surviving are three sons, Howard and James of Hesston and John of Denver, Colo.; a daughter, Pearl (Mrs. Lloyd) Rodgers of rural Hesston; five brothers, Harvey Brenneman of Albany, Ore., Joe and Titus Brenneman of Hesston, James Brenneman of Belleville, Pa. and Paul Brenneman of Doylestown, Pa.; a sister, Norma (Mrs. Edgar) Boettger of Tofield, Alta.; 18 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
