Funeral services were held at the EMB Church on July 30 for Mrs. Elizabeth J. Fast, 85. She and her husband, Herman G. Fast, had farmed until their retirement. Mrs. Fast had been active in the hospital and nursing home auxiliaries, the Senior Citizens Center, as a member of the Red Cross Gray Ladies and in the Harmonica Band. Her husband died last April. She is survived by two sons, two daughters, 12 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and one brother.
