For more than 50 years Hostetler served as clerk for auction sales, was active in the Michiana Mennonite Relief Sale and served as director for Gospel Messengers for 36 years. He was secretary for Mennonite Aid Association from 1949 to1977. He was a farmer.

Michiana MCC Sale Auction Clerk Dies

Topeka, Ind. — Well-known area auction clerk Rollin Hostetler died June 23 at his home of an apparent heart attack. He was 88.

For more than 50 years Hostetler served as clerk for auction sales, was active in the Michiana Mennonite Relief Sale and served as director for Gospel Messengers for 36 years. He was secretary for Mennonite Aid Association from 1949 to 1977. He was a farmer.
