EDNA G. KAUFMAN

Edna G. Kaufman, 79, died Feb. 14, 1998, at Memorial Home in Moundridge, Kan. She was born March 2, 1918, in McPherson County, the daughter of Joe D.C. and Mathilda (Zerger) Goering.

On June 20, 1943, she married Orlo Kaufman in Moundridge. She was a homemaker and a resident of Moundridge for 14 years, having moved from Meridian, Miss. She was a member of Eden Mennonite Church.

She is survived by her husband, Orlo; two sons, Eugene of Elyria and Robert of Lenexa; two daughters, Bonnie Graber of Hardin, Mont., and Frances Griffin of Stillwater, Okla.; two brothers, Alvin Goering of Neodesha and Raymond Goering of Salina; two sisters, Hilda Stucky and Marie Wedel, both of Moundridge; and eight grandchildren.
