PIONEER SETTLER AT HILLSBORO DIED

Hillsboro, Kans. — Funeral services were held at the Mennonite Brethren church on May 19 for Mrs. Elizabeth Foth, pioneer settler here who came to the community from Russia at the age of three. She died at the local hospital on May 16 at the age of 85.

She was married to Frank Arndt here, and after his death, married John Foth, who also preceded her in death. Two sons and two daughters survive.
