ALAN JAMES JANZEN

Alan James Janzen died peacefully July 7. He was born Sept. 30, 1962 in Abbotsford, B.C. to Harold and Martha Janzen. He lived most of his life in Abbotsford, and about 8 years in Yarrow, B.C. He accepted the Lord in his late teens, and was baptized at the Yarrow United Mennonite Church in 1999. He married Glenda Borak in 1985 and they attended South Abbotsford MB Church and then Yarrow United Mennonite Church, where he was involved in music ministry. He owned and operated a carpet cleaning business. After a painful divorce, he moved back to Abbotsford. He is mourned by daughters Danielle and Taylor; parents; brother Randy; sister Lisa (LaVerne) Eby; 5 nieces and nephews. The memorial service was July 12 at South Abbotsford (B.C.) MB Church.
