&bull;  John F. Quiring, 78, a resident of the Newton area most of his life, died Sunday at Bethel Deaconess Hospital.  He was a member of the Bethel College Church, where the funeral was conducted Wednesday afternoon with Rev. Esko Loewen in charge.  Mr. Quiring was a retired state grain inspector, working at the Kansas Milling Company.  His wife, Mary, died in 1958.  Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Robert LaGree of Wichita; one son, Wayne R. of Whittier, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Mary Graves of Newton; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

• John F. Quiring, 78, a resident of the Newton area most of his life, died Sunday at Bethel Deaconess Hospital. He was a member of the Bethel College Church, where the funeral was conducted Wednesday afternoon with Rev. Esko Loewen in charge.
