Goshen, Ind. &#8212; Relatives at Goshen and Nappanee received word recently of a private plane crash in Pearl Island, Alaska which claimed the lives of the pilot, Mahlon Troyer of Kenai, Alaska, and his nephew, Marion Gene Chupp, 19.
Funeral services for Mr. Troyer were held in Alaska on March 3.
Services for Marion Chupp were held March 5 at the Salem Mennonite Church, McMinnville, Ore.  He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Chupp of Route 2, Dayton, Ore.

Pilot And Nephew Die In Plane Crash

Goshen, Ind. — Relatives at Goshen and Nappanee received word recently of a private plane crash in Pearl Island, Alaska which claimed the lives of the pilot, Mahlon Troyer of Kenai, Alaska, and his nephew, Marion Gene Chupp, 19.

Funeral services for Mr. Troyer were held in Alaska on March 3.

Services for Marion Chupp were held March 5 at the Salem Mennonite Church, McMinnville, Ore. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Chupp of Route 2, Dayton, Ore.
