&bull; Mrs. David F. (Adina) Friesen died Jan. 31 at Bethel Deaconess hospital.  She was a member of the First Mennonite Church where funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon, in charge of Dr. Albert H. Epp.  Mrs. Friesen, the former Adina E. Schmidt, was born at Moundridge and married David F. Friesen at Burrton in 1914.  They had lived at 507 W. Seventh Street in Newton since 1944.  Surviving in addition to Mr. Friesen are two sons, Donavon of Pico Rivera, Calif. and Delbert of Pocatello, Idaho; four daughters, Mrs. Dan Borth of McPherson, Mrs. John McVey of Novato, Calif., Mrs. Vernon Johnson of Pica Rivera and Mrs. John Bannon of Richardson, Texas; one brother, Simon Schmidt of Levy, N. M.; one sister, Mrs. Selma Base of Newton; 19 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.

• Mrs. David F. (Adina) Friesen died Jan. 31 at Bethel Deaconess hospital. She was a member of the First Mennonite Church where funeral services were conducted Tuesday afternoon, in charge of Dr. Albert H. Epp. Mrs. Friesen, the former Adina E.
