&bull;  Mrs. Della Ratzlaff, 84, widow of Abraham Ratzlaff, died Dec. 28 at Friendly acres retirement home in Newton.  She lived in the Burrton community most of her life and was a member of the Burrton Mennonite Church, where the funeral was conducted Tuesday afternoon by Rev. James Gingerich, the pastor.  Survivors include three sons, Richard of Wichita, Charles and Don, both of Burrton; one daughter, Mrs. August Regier of Buhler; one sister, Mrs. Esther Holdeman of Moundridge; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
