• Mrs. Lizzie Woelk, 84, of Goessel died Sept. 20 at the Bethesda Hospital. Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at the Goessel Mennonite Church with Rev. Henry Goossen officiating. Mrs. Henry Goossen officiating. Mrs. Woelk, the former Lizzie Heidebrecht, was married to h. A. Woelk of Inman in 1925. They lived on a farm near Goessel until moving to Goessel in 1946. Mr. Woelk died in 1960. Surviving are four stepsons, Henry J. of Newton, Alvin S. of Lamar, Colo., Arthur J. of Goessel and Eldon of Route 2, Newton; two step-daughters, Mrs. Walter Entz of Newton and Mrs. Herman Voth of Buhler; one brother, Gus D. Heidebrecht of Moundridge; 13 step-grandchildren, 30 step great-grandchildren, and one step great-great-grandchild. | |||
