Minister Dies At Conference
Steinbach, Man. — Rev. I. I. Friesen of Winnipeg died unexpectedly while taking part in the Conference of Mennonites in Canada here on July 23.
Rev. Friesen had just finished addressing the conference when he collapsed.
Funeral services were held on July 27 at the Bethel Mennonite Church, Winnipeg, where he had been a long-time pastor.
