Funeral services were held Dec. 12 at the Fairfield A. M. Church, and burial was in the church cemetery. | |||
Mrs. Kempf was born on May 20, 1894, at Allensville, Pa., a daughter of Eli and Emma Zook Hostetler. She married Lee Kempf on Jan. 17, 1926, and they lived in the Kalona, Iowa area until they moved to Illinois in 1941. | |||
She is survived by her husband; three sons and three daughters, Mrs. Everett (Emma Gene) [''sic'' Emmagene] Ulrich of Costa Rica, Alvin of Mena, Ark., Mrs. Everett (Rosetta) Hostetler of Tampico, Eldon of Buffalo, Mo., Orval of Mena, Ark., Mrs. Urias (Marietta) Miller of Tampico; one sister, 41 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, a step-brother and three step-sisters. | |||

ELLA KEMPF
Mrs. Ella May Kempf, 79, of Tampico, Ill. died at her home on Saturday, Dec. 8, 1973.
Funeral services were held Dec. 12 at the Fairfield A. M. Church, and burial was in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Kempf was born on May 20, 1894, at Allensville, Pa., a daughter of Eli and Emma Zook Hostetler. She married Lee Kempf on Jan. 17, 1926, and they lived in the Kalona, Iowa area until they moved to Illinois in 1941.
