&bull;  Funeral services for Mrs. Edith Rutschman, 82, of Newton were held Monday forenoon at the Garden Mennonite Church near Hesston, with Rev. Leonard Harder officiating.  Mrs. Rutschman died Saturday at Bethel Hospital after a brief illness.  Survivors include her husband, David H. Rutschman of Newton, whom she married in 1963; two sons, Elmer E. Wedel and Wilbert M. Wedel of Moundridge; one daughter, Mrs. Walter Stucky of Marion; five brothers, Jake Koehn and David Koehn of Livingston, Calif., Ed. H. Koehn of Halstead, Cornelius Koehn of Montezuma, and Alfred Koehn of Hillsboro; three sisters, Mrs. Carrie Voth of Galva, Mrs. Lena Becker and Eva Koehn, both of Halstead; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
