Jacob Krause died July 26. He was born July 19, 1911 to Jacob Peter and Anna Krause in Barwenkova, Ukraine. He accepted the Lord at 12. The family immigrated to Langham, Sask. in 1925, moving to Davidson, Sask., then to Wishart, Sask. in 1930. He was baptized in 1939. He married Nettie Thiessen June 11, 1942. In 1948 they moved to Foam Lake, Sask., joining Foam Lake MB Church. He served as secretary, Sunday school teacher, superintendent and treasurer. Nettie died in 1950. He married Nettie's sister Tina in 1951. They retired in Clearbrook, B. C. in 1979. Predeceased by Nettie, he is mourned by Tina; 6 daughters; 2 sons; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; 3 sisters.
