Berne, Ind. &#8212; An auto-buggy crash in the Grabill community claimed the life of Mrs. Samuel (Anna) Graber, 34, and seriously injured three other persons in the buggy.
 
All occupants of the buggy were thrown out when it was hit from the rear by a car driven by Edwin Zimmerman of Grabill.  Mrs. Graber apparently was trying to crawl off the pavement when she was hit by a car driven by another Grabill motorist who swerved to avoid the pileup.
 
Injured were Mrs. Graber's daughter Barbara, 2, and Aaron and Mary Steury.

Amish Woman Killed, Three Injured in Highway Accident

Berne, Ind. — An auto-buggy crash in the Grabill community claimed the life of Mrs. Samuel (Anna) Graber, 34, and seriously injured three other persons in the buggy.
