Mrs. Helena Buhler, 86, or Rural Medford, Okla. died Sunday morning at the Bethel Home for Aged here. The body was taken to Deer Creek, Okla. and funeral services were held at the Deer Creek Mennonite Church on Tuesday afternoon. Mrs. Buhler, the former Helena Quiring, was born here and was married to Adolph Buhler at Goessel in 1912. He died in 1963. Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. Susan McCarty of Turon, Kan., Mrs. Stella Van Meter of Wichita, and Miss Anna Buhler of Los Angeles; three sons, Arnold of El Dorado, Frank of Holyrood, and Elmer of Sioux City, Iowa; a sister, Mrs. Mary Grace of Bethel Home; two brothers, John Quiring of Newton and Henry Quiring of Goessel; 13 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
