Philip Edward Lindquist died Apr. 10. He was born Jan. 16, 1915 near Waldeck, Sask. He trusted Christ as a young man. He was interested in language and kept a dictionary close at hand. He taught himself to play piano. He farmed until retirement at 76, developing the ditch irrigation system on his farmland. He married Mildred Nelson in July 1945. They moved to Swift Current, Sask. in 1969 but he continued farming until 1991. They moved to Abbotsford.
