• Mrs. Adolph G. Funk, 73, of Hillsboro died Dec. 20 at Salem Hospital after suffering a heart attack. Funeral services were held Friday forenoon at the Hillsboro M. B. Church, with Rev. Marvin Hein officiating. Mrs. Funk was t he former Anna Enns and a native of Mt. Lake, Minn. She and her husband farmed in Montana for some years, moving to the Hillsboro community in 1939. Surviving in addition to Mr. Funk are four sons, Arlie of Newton, LaVerne of rural Peabody, Marvin of Ottawa, and Loyal of Eugene, Ore.; three daughters, Alice of Omaha, Neb., Mrs. Orville Weber of Wichita, and Mrs. Johnny Schultz of Buhler; 25 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; four sisters and four brothers. Sister Marianna Enns of Newton is a sister. | |||
